p-Track is a Web-based, real-time project management tool allows for complete control and coordination of any size project.

p-Track leads you through every step in the project lifecycle. It guides you through issues, risk management and testing. It has whiteboards and chat rooms for clear communication. It has reports and templates to help with regular tasks.

p-Track assimilates to any existing project management software (i.e. Microsoft Project.) It has been built based on Accelerated Project Management Methodology but can easily conform to any methodology and/or existing software.

c-Track is a Professional Services Automation Tool designed specifically for consulting practices. It acts as our consultant data warehouse, allowing recruiters and account executives to store and search candidate information.

c-Track allows us to manage staffing/project functions including:

• Customer requisitions
• Candidate resumes, testing and application processes
• Additional recruiting functions
• Timecard functions

cTrack is the way we organize our business. It supports internal processes, permitting us to focus on client relationships.

In addition to supporting staffing/project work, cTrack also aids in the following functions: legal, human resources, marketing and sales, front/back office and executive management.



x-Track is an online testing module. It helps to verify consultant skill sets quickly and efficiently. This newly developed tool ensures the accuracy of skill level as stated on the consultant’s resume.

We utilize x-Track as a supplement to our screening processes. Recruiters are able to more closely match skill sets to requirements based on test results. Our customers enjoy the benefits of this objective testing.
